Peppermint Oil Caps       06/02/08 08:59 AM Edit Reply Quote PMeleski Reged: 06/02/08 Posts: 1 I am a first time user of the message board but a regular reader of the newsletter which I have found most helpful in dealing with my mild/moderate IBS (compared to others that have sent in their stories!). I have purchased a couple bottles of the Peppermint Oil Caps and my question is can I take them before bed at night and not eat an hour later as the instructions imply? I usually take one first thing in the am but as I am a habitual snacker (good snacks of course), which makes it hard to take another one (on an empty stomach) all day until I go to bed at night.
