It is an excellent practice to take the grate off, clean around in the grill and spray the grate with Pam for Grills before you light the grill. Then make sure to let it get brown and nice grill marks before turning. When the first side isn't cooked enough it will stick more. So always wait to turn it.
The amount of fat even in a good long spray of Pam is completely fine. Remember we don't want to be fat free! Fat is essential for regularity and general health.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
