I'd spray the grill grid thingie. Just - and I know this is really obvious but it's the kind of thing I'd do without thinking - make sure you're spraying a COLD grill and NOT over the fire. I think I even saw an ad for a Pam just for grills - I have no idea what the difference would be. On the other hand, I figure the little grill things are so thin, how much fat could really cling to them? So you could probably even just wipe them with an oiled paper towel and be okay.
I have to agree with Fen, though, chicken rarely sticks to the grill. Fish, now, that's a different story.
Isn't it nice grilling season is here? Or, in NJ, almost here. There are some yummy grilling and marinade recipes on the Recipe Board.
