The UTI -- do you get these very often? I get them all the time; they're really debilitating (and painful!). However, I can usually tell now when one is coming on, and I can sometimes flush it away with GALLONS of water. Prodium also helps; it alleviates the burning while I "flush it out" with the water. I can get the Prodium here in the States without a prescription, but not in Canada. I keep a supply in my purse (along with my supply of Equalactin) for such emergencies.
