Should I follow the diet by drinking acacia fiber before eating,doing all the right ibs stuff..Is there a diffrence between wheat and whole wheat in nutrition? I am able to tolerate dairy,i don't get pain,only a sharp one once in a great while,so probly a little crampy? I eat mcdonalds all the time and am still able to go to the bathroom everyday,but with lots of bathroom trips,diffrent consistency of stools,not too soft or hard,sometimes too soft where i gota have lots of acacia. So if I stop eating mcdonalds(I work there and would be hard to do with only getting a half hour break..but if i really wanted to,i think i could) do you think lots of salads and whole wheat would be that much trouble for me?
