I think this is one of those "it could be anything or nothing" situations. It sounds like you ate a ton of SF - baked potato, cooked carrots, presumably bread in the stuffing - so unless the stuffing was more than 50% celery and dried cranberries I'd think you had more than enough SF to cushion the IF. It might just be because you had a larger meal than usual or you were introducing some new stuff or you were over-tired or over-excited (or over-cranky) at spending Mother's Day with your family or who knows. I wouldn't cross any of the foods you ate off my OK list just yet - sometimes a swedish fish is just a swedish fish.
