What's The Story With Asparagus???       05/05/08 06:05 PM Edit Reply Quote lafart Reged: 05/04/08 Posts: 2 Hi! I'm new to this message board but not new to IBS. I am just coming off a really bad flair-up and I am simply questioning whether asparagus is an okay food or not. I LOVE asparagus and have been eating it raw, semi-raw and cooked and cannot link it specifically with my flair-up. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had trouble with it. I've got a freezer full of the stuff; maybe making cream of asparagus soup is the way to eat it! Any advice?? Leslie Ann Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
