Unless you request otherwise, scrambled eggs contain egg yolks which are a trigger food. Also, they're usually scrambled in butter which is dairy (a trigger food) and high in fat (also a trigger food). As the other poster said, hash browns are usually high in fat and they may contain bacon which is red meat which is a trigger food. Also, depending on how much toast you ate, you may not have gotten enough of an SF base.

Salmon is a high-fat fish. You can eat it but you need to be sure you add enough other food to it to lower the percent of calories from fat into a manageable range. One flour tortilla is not going to do that and - especially when you're first starting out - is not enough of an SF base.

I don't think it was any one thing but you've spent the whole day eating trigger foods, way too little SF, and way too much fat. That's bound to cause problems.

I know you're waiting to get Heather's book but if you want to start feeling better faster you really need to read through the guidelines on the Website.
