Hi Samuel,

When first positively diagnosed, my alt. medicine M.D. put me on 3,000mg. of ginger root daily, in divided doses, of course. When I forget to take it I notice unexplained bouts of nausea, but when I'm good I haven't even a twinge of it.
I tried a tiny amount of an antidepressant, Elavil, and it did nothing so I stopped it after 3 months.

Keep trying different things or different forms of a med and you'll hit the right combo for you...

I'm not absolutely sure but don't think the soluble fiber intake will affect the nausea one way or another unless one of the fillers in a brand goes against your tummy.
