An attack that bad is one we can all relate to.... No fun when you can't be like all the other people, but WE can't. Can't eat like them, can't drink like them. I've found when it is something I eat or drink and I start gettting those tell tail signs I've done something wrong, I start MOVING. It doesn't matter what it is.....dancing, walking, yoga, yard work, house cleaning......you name it. Getting into what you're doing gets your mind off of it and moves the gas out. At first it's hard to do when you're in agony but once you're into the activity it helps nulify the bad with some good. I don't think most of us can tolerate drinking ANYTHING with fizz and bubbles.
