I have severe nausea with my IBS. I feel queasy 90% of the time. One thing that helped me was when my doctor put me on low doses (I was taking 50 mg) of amitryptaline (sp?), a generic anti-depressant. I guess it tells my body to stop freaking out over nothing. I still had all of the other fun IBS stuff, but once the nausea is gone, I'll take the bloating etc. Also, eating a lot of small meals seems to help as well. Good luck!

* Might help, but ginger or peppermint are more effective for this...
