Wow, thanks everyone for the helpful replies, really good of you i do appreciate it.

I have bought the udo's probiotic pills and have started taking them roughly twce a day. I havent noticed a difference yet but I have bought 60 tabs so will complete the corse and see how it goes! The company i bought it from totally ripped me off though, i paid $50 for them and then the delivery man wanted another �18 when they arrived at the door! ANyway I dont care if they work i'll pay much more!

I am taking a load of other tabs at the same time i hope it doesnt interfere - i jus started up on aloe vera tablets once in the am, plus i have these 3 pills a herbal doc gave me which are to be taken twice a day. i have no idea what they are or if they really work but i keep taking them in hope!

Im taking all these together with the probiotic so it feels like im constantly poppin pills, which i pretty much am, my work collegues get a big kick out of it!

Right now im being woken up by my symptoms which only happens when im really bad. but it does clear up after a while so jus hanging in there really.

I am defo going to start listing what i eat and my symptoms...hopefully it will help!
