For salad dressing, I tend to look for the low-fat or fat free Kraft or Hellman's dressings in the flavours I like normally, which are usually oil & vinegar style dressings. I had found an awesome , dairy free caesar dressing but since then it was discontinued . For spreads, I use Vegganaise when I can get it. When I can't I sparingly use Hellman's transfat free (red lid).
Can't help with cookies as I don't eat store bought, I make my own.
For margarine, use the best you can find and see how you are with it. Remember that everyone's system is different and only you will know what you can tolerate.
