salad dressing and spread alternatives??       04/22/08 10:49 AM Edit Reply Quote Steve W Reged: 04/17/08 Posts: 13 Loc: AZ Does anyone have a list or know of some good salad dressings & spread alternatives, that are safe? As I'm new to this and still trying to see what is safe and what's not, it can be contradictory at times. I was told to try and find non hydrogenated soy margerine, and like products. If I can't find that, is "partially non-hydrogenated" margerine fairly safe? Regarding cookies, I was told dairy free on those as well. Aside from Kinnikinnick Foods, any other cookie / graham cracker sources ? Any thoughts and comments are welcomed, thx! Steve W. AZ Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
