But then I may want more. I am wanting to try Simply Smooth Decaf simply smooth I actually bought some and had a cup....and it tasted so good. I still have symptoms despite being restrictive EFI for years...So, I figure, I might as well have things I like and have the symptoms. FEAR is that symptoms will get even worse. I only need my heating pad every 2 or 3 days instead of every night...but that may be due to me eating Gluten free also. So, I may stay GF and start "testing the waters". Coffee does not make me have D ..... and I am a chronic C...but I have read that coffee can cause spasms which might make me more C. Then, I also have pain and major bloat. Anyhow, I want to be able to drink this so very badly. I'm tired of missing out on so many little pleasures. I can't do the subs for coffee because they either contain gluten, soy, or inulin...all of which off limits for me.
