Maybe you haven't reached a high enough amount yet? Are you still taking a probiotic or Dig. Enzymes?
Right now, I'm still following both diets, like you. But I think I really need to try just one...just don't know which one to pick! I don't think I feel that much difference being GF...but who knows...maybe I'd feel even worse. There must be some reason for those positive gluten antibodies. Maybe it's the stress of trying to do both diets? And the fear I develop when I read other people's triggers?
