I am so curious to know what foods where on that journal. Do you realize the freedom this gives you!!!! Oh, how I miss coffee, salads, cheeseburgers with the works, and so much more!
Were you eating GF before you joined the Helpforibs website? If not, I can understand how starting the two at the same time could confuse you...which is where I'm at! I never got stable with just one or the other....or with doing both at the same time.
Did the dietician offer you anymore advice than to remain GF?I know you mentioned you still had bloating or a few other nagging problems. I can't believe you can eat ANYTHING that is GF. What kind of "specialist" is she? I need to go to one!
I agree...why test for celiac if you are having such good results with GF!
