Ok I have been on bc since Dec and I was having decent bms every 2 days and haven't had a attack since nov. Well out of no were this last month has been rough and horrible! I have been going every 2 days but it has been very rough and not much and today it was the worse I couldn't go and had the worst cramps I have had in a long time. Finley after 2 hrs and being sick & dizzy and sweating like crazy, I went and it was a very big bm (sorry if tmi) and then i went again about an hour later and it was fine. Am I not getting engouh "if" in my diet? I have up the water and I do have either cooked celery, green beans,or strawberrys and tomatoes once a day. I have since dec added in romain lettuce and canned pears. I don't know what is doing this but its horrible! Do I need to start over and add differant "if" first? I do take calcuim with Maganesium and I do belive it helps. I know I need more "if" but I just don't know. I have been on this diet for about 2 yrs and these are the only "ifs" i eat besides I do have mult-grain ceral every moring after a safe bowel. Is there any certain foods you should start with? I still don't feel very good where should I go from here? Thanks so much in advance!
