I eat very little soy, find it too gassy. I like vanilla Almond Breeze. In terms of getting your calcium, good food sources include: sesame seeds & tahini, figs esp. dried, almonds, beet greens, turnip greens, broccoli, seaweeds (which I love in stirfries and noodles), watercress. I also take a liquid cal-mag supplement.
