Hey, I just checked the recipe index and there are four kugel recipes listed, two savory and two sweet. Are you looking for sweet or savory? My mom makes this gorgeous amazing beautiful BUTTER-FILLED peach kugel for Passover every year. I wonder if I could somehow manage to modify THAT recipe. It would definitely take some very creative thinking and probably some experimenting. I didn't love the sweet kugel recipes posted on the index (partly because I can't eat raisins but also because they don't look all that...special), so maybe I'll try and modify my mom's recipe. Do you want to send me the traditional recipe you're using? Maybe we can try and modify it together. Definitely check out the ones on the index, though, and let me know what you think. I say we deserve safe kugel this year.
