As I just replied to another poster, I'm a pretty reasonable, informed person about IBS and I take very good care of myself, but my mom told me for so many years that matzah made her constipated that I got this urge to ask people how they've done. I do try to stay low wheat, but some amount of bread doesn't hurt me. As long as I use rice as my main food source of SF, I'm okay. Thanks for the reply! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
