I'm a reasonable, self-sufficient woman, but my Jewish mother has got me scared to eat matzoh (because she says it makes her constipated). Which is crazy, because I'm the one who has IBS and has done all the research, but I just figured I'd check with people anyway...Oh mom. I do love her. I'm fructose-sensitive, so no apples for me this year, which makes me so sad! And then I've been trying to think what I'll do for a meal since pot roast is certainly out and I've just given up poultry, also. I know there are some threads from previous years on the boards for other recipes. Maybe I can find a good IBS-safe kugel. Thanks for the reply! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
