Most of the pastas you see in the stores are made from wheat. I've never had a problem with them, so long as they're not whole wheat. Whole wheat products will contain more IF.
I tend to buy the Barilla Plus brand, which is a multi grain pasta. According to the package it contains: semolina (wheat), grain & legume flour blend (lentils, chickpeas, egg whites, spelt, barley, flaxseed, oat fiber, oats) durum flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid
I believe there are pastas out there that do not contain wheat. Check in the health food section. Here's one I found online: http://www.mrsleepers.com/index.html. I've never tried it, though.
There's also shiratake noodles. Here's a wiki about them: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shirataki_noodles. I have had shiratake noodles before. They feel a little rubbery but I thought they tasted pretty good.
Breads are by and large wheat products, but there are some out there made with rice flour instead. I don't have any experience with them; maybe someone else can help you out.
