From what I read about FIbersure they extract the Inulin from chicory root using water. I also just went to Walgreens and they didn't have much of a selection of anything. I got the Fibersure as they had a 2 dollar coupon, so I'll see how my body reacts to Inulin. -------------------- IBS-D, Lactose Intolerant, latex allergy, MCS, Sun allergies, depression/anxiety, 156 pounds weight loss now (still dropping), cramping, rarely leave the house.
