I'm looking for a new fiber supplement as well, Heathers tummy formula isn't working for me, plus I think I am allergic to it, even though it says it's highly tolerable and no side effects.
I was interested in Benefiber as well, when I researched wheat dextrin, I found This Thread through google on another forum. The fact that it's treated with HYDROCHLORIC ACID is a bit bothersome to me. I'm still trying to do some further research on it to see how safe it is, supposedly is fine for those with Gluten intolerance (I don't think I'm gluten Intolerant, but I'm still trying to find what my triggers are)
I'm going to Wal-Greens today to see what I can find, I really don't know what to get right now. I'm not sure if Inulin is a trigger for me or not (seems everything is)but I may try fibersure.
