Most products don't break out IF vs. SF on the nutrition info. It would be nice if more did, wouldn't it?
As for the grits, most of those flavors do not sound safe, but without seeing the nutrition label, it's hard to say. They sound as if they have dairy or trigger ingredients.
Instant oatmeal is another item where it really pays to read the labels. Sometimes the flavored oatmeals have milk or whey added.
I use the oatmeal that comes in the cardboard canister. I prefer the old fashioned over the quick oats for texture reasons, but both are safe for me. They take longer to cook than the packets, but they keep me going longer, too.
As for the Jennie-O turkey stuff, in my experience it's all pretty safe.
With the juice, if it says sugar-free, then it probably has artificial sugars and not safe. "Sugar-free" usually means it has artificial sugars whereas "unsweetened" mean no added real or artificial sugars. Again, read the labels.
I can't help you with the online stuff; I am lucky to have access to decent grocery stores. I will tell you I've done well with "light" white breads right from the store. Village Hearth and Healthy Life are two brands I see most often.
Basically, start reading the nutrition labels. Yes, it makes the grocery trip a little longer, but you'll spend less time suffering on the can!
