I was looking at the brand name recomendations list and saw jennio turkey ham was on the list. Is the bacon,hamburger and sausage safe?

I found northland cranburry juice at wal-mart and noticed a larger bottle was sugar free and had juices from other stuff such as celery in it. Is that safe?
I found a smaller bottle that was unsweetened and had vegetable color in it. Are both bottles safe or just 1 or none?

I own quaker oats quick 1 minute 100% whole grain oats,is that safe? Im trying to avoid insoluable fiber right now. Also,
i bought smooth and creamy quaker quick grits.
other flavors are butter,cheddar cheese,country bacon,red eye gravy and country ham,and origional. The list only says quaker quick grits.
Are all of these safe or should I have bought the origional?
I see the list says quaker oatmeal. I only found quaker instant oatmeal, I bought maple and brown sugar. Is that safe? there is whole grain rolled oats(with oat bran) an d oat flour in it.
I noticed the oatmeal squares say brown sugar. Is there just a brown sugar flavor or is it maple and brown sugar?

I would like to know wat has insoluable fiber in it and how much. My stools are too soft right now and need bulk, im taking the acacia and all of heathers other things right now. I've been eating too much unsafe foods lately, I think i got too much If.

Also, does anyone know some online stores were i can buy alot of the safe foods from the list online? Can i get perishable foods online, such as a safe bread and soy sauce?
