Hello everyone,

I am new to the IBS Board. I've been suffering from IBS since I can remember. After going to various doctors for years and being told to just take some metamucil or eat a high fiber diet, I gave up on my IBS. I stumbled upon this website recently and am so thankful for it and I actually have hope that I will be able to get my IBS under control.

On to my question. I was wondering what was everyone's supplemet schedule?

I have IBS with D.
I wake up and take a peppermint cap and then get ready for school or work and take a 1/2 teaspoon of the acacia tummy fiber. I drink peppermint tea all day and stick to the diet. I have still been getting the D though and my stomach has actually started to feel more upset. Am I doing anything wrong? Does anyone have any suggestions for my supplement schedule that would help with my D?
