Pancreatin       03/04/08 04:27 PM Edit Reply Quote steve333 Reged: 08/01/04 Posts: 34 I am IBS-D. I find if I do not take pancreatic enzymes with dinner the next day I have D big time. I recently stopped taking the pancreatin and suddenly had a horrible 2 days of D. I do not rigidly follow the diet and I hadnt had problems in a while, now I will always take the pancreatin. You all might want to give it a try and maybe you can add some fatty foods to your diet. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
