Check Figure 2 in the second article in this message. The left hand side of the table has a list of unfavourable foods and the right hand side favourable foods. Honey is on the left hand side. Fancy maple syrup has less fructose than glucose while the lower grades can have more fructose than glucose.

Other problem sugars are sorbitol, manitol, isomalt and xylitol. These are sugar alcohols frequently used as sweetners. Also, lactose if you are lactose intolerant.

I find that adding glucose (corn sugar or dextrose available from HFCS) can help offset the excess fructose in things like tomato paste. It is something you will have to experiment with to figure out how much to add or if it works for you.
