Sex is sometimes painful for me. I suppose it's IBS related because it's painful because of a condition called vaginismus or something like that. It's where your too tense down there because of anxiety but it's unconsious so quite difficult to treat. Do a google search as that'll explain it better! I'm seeing a therapist for it and do special exercises. She also adivsed yoga for both my IBS and vaginismus as it'll relax everything. Hope this it helps.
