Hi all - sorry not posted for ages - however i seem to be going round in circles and just dont know where or how to break the chain !!
I am suffering really badly with my anxiety and panick attacks at the moment so my ibs is playing up too !! i seem to be having morning urgency at the moment and then cramps throughout the day with no other movements - could the cramps in my tummy be wind ?
I am still not eating properly and waiting for my second appointment with the dietician !
However some good news is that my celiac test was negative!! So thats another thing ticked off the list !
I am still waiting for my gastro appointment in the 8th april (seems ages away) but am fairly worried incase they say they are going to do an endoscopy or colonscopy because i dont want to be awake for them but i am already going under anesthetic soon due to having to have my wisdom tooth out (another reason for being stressed) as i have had a headache for 5 weeks now and they dont know what it is - i went into hospital by ambulance 2 weeks ago and had a ct scan etc done but all was fine - i tell you it just seems to be one thing after another with me - no wonder im through the roof with anxiety !! And i dont like the hospital thing because i went in before and had a really bad ibs attack(probably the food lol) and i fainted while i was in the toilet (very embarressing) so now i get scared to go into hospital incase the same happens again !! hoenstly where do i break this chain of anxiety and ibs ??
