Well if I calculate things correctly I can keep my fat to tha tolerated level and not get D. I know something was too fatty if it gives me D. Otherwise I really don't know if something is truly safe for me or not. I have made Cooking Light recipes for years and that has given me a gauge of how much fat is in a meal. Using light coconut milk in a low fat meal is still in the boundaries.
