I started working out today.I did turbo jam. My stomach on the left side felt really uncomfortable like a burning pain when someone is about to have diarreah or something.Like 2 hours later I was able to take a decent crap. I wonder if some of the ingredients I cook with are bothering me. My soy sauce has weat,soybeans,lactic acid. Could those be triggers? Im using kikkkoman 37% less sodium. The jennio turky franks are 120 calories 10g fat, some of the ingredients are corn syrup,dextrose. Could those be bad? I eat Hormel Natural Choice oven roasted deli turkey,98% fat free,some ingredients are Turbinado sugar,carrageenan,lactic acid. Right now I am eating small portions of food to see if any of the safe foods bother me at all. I ate a bowl of corn pops with rice milk. I was fine. I just ate 4 pieces of jennio turky bacon.
