supplement /diet info,questions,advice,-please help

these are the supplements I take- heathers-peppermint oil/acacia fiber/pepermint and fennel tea,natural calm,regimint,juice plus orchard and garden blend,puritan's pride origional papaya enzyme.
I pretty much take all of these everyday. I don't always drink both teas and I don't take the natural calm everyday,if i take it its 1tsp right before bed. I take about 1 1/2or 2 tsp of acacia a day.I don't keep track of how many regimint i take,sometimes 3,sometimes more or less,once in a while none(because sometimes i am able to go right away in the morning,thats after i felt like stools was sitting in my left bottom side almost ready to come out,feeling like that all day with the bloating there)I take the orchard blend in the morning and garden a few hours later. for peppermint capsules I take anywhere between 1-4 a day.
Is it ok to be taking all these? ALso I was wondering if it would be ok to start taking align while taking all of these. I also own digestmore ultra.Should I take that instead of the papaya enzyme?
My Ibs is like this- I am ibs-c. I get bloating on my right bottom to middle side,sometimes the bloating goes up to my shoulder and feels terrible(like a pain or pressure),sometimes i have bloating on my left bottom side.Sometimes my stools are hard and if i make the wild berry smootie from the 5 constipation frustrarions,on the news and reviews page, i am able to go to the bathroom soon after,but a lot of the times my stools are soft and if i was to take the smoothie theyd be mushy and be stuck in me. I spend hours drinking tea,taking all my supplements and going to the bathroom 2 have a little bit here and there come out,(sometimes a decent amount comes out the first or second bathroom visit) alot of the time i have to help it out with my finger,the other times I fart or just have a feeling ill be able to push and it come out. Anyone else feel like this?
I don't seem to need a high dose of the supplements i am taking,I seem to have a problem with motility. My stools are diffrent alot. I get round shaped ones,Flat skinny,kind of thick perfect smothe ones. SOmetimes I get a hard stool followed by ones that are soft and skinny
This is wat I eat,I eat tuna in water from a can,tostitos corn chips,heather's summer baked chicken recipe without the peaches,orange glazed chicken,chicken rice soup,jennio-turkey bacon,hamburger,sausauge and hot dogs(are all these safe?) I make lemon glazed sticky bread.I drink water and rice milk. It seems as if wat i eat doesnt' matter much cuz my ibs seems to respond the same. I am able to eat cheese,candy,mcdonalds and feel the same when i eat the food im supposed to..it doesn't seem to help when i cut all the bad stuff out.
