What kind of oil is the safest?       02/20/08 04:24 PM Edit Reply Quote steffiejoy Reged: 11/26/07 Posts: 247 Loc: Cleveland, Ohio I have two questions: First is pineapple juice safe for us IBSers? I wanted to use it in a recipe, so it wouldnt be just drinking it straight up. Second: I dont typically cook with oil, but the recipe calls for just 1 tablespoon of oil... what type of oil is the safest? If this recipe is any good and sits well, I will pass it on!
