I think what started my trigger at the rehersal (besides being stressed)was that that morning unknowingly I ate an "egg bagel". First I am allergic to eggs. We had a teacher inservice and a fellow teacher was sitting by me and goes "arent you allergic to eggs?" I was like "yeah, why?!" then she tells me I am eating an egg bagel! It was yellowish in color, but stupid me just assumed I was eating a plain bagel! But the damage was already done, I already ate more than half of it. So later that night smack dab in the middle of the rehersal began the allergic cramps that I get combined with the IBS cramps and "D". Ugh, through all your help I have learned that I need to eat more often. Now today I feel better and I ate lunch- chicken and rice soup- didnt have any "d" but it seems like when I dont go to the bathroom after I eat I feel bloated! I mean why is that!?
