Here I can get nuts over chocolate or lemon zest. They're handy to just throw in your purse and run. Try eating something small throughout the day - at your class recesses. I take instant oatmeal to work and make that at coffee time. Or 1/2 a Luna bar. Whatever I feel like. Just try and keep something in your tum.
