They are really high in soluble fiber but the first ingredient is always something whole grain or high in fiber. I'd really appreciate an opinion on whether this is a safe snack or not! http://www.gnufoods.com/ourproducts/ I just looked at the site again and they're actually advertising Heather's First Year with IBS book....interesting...
