Tea contains caffeine, which induces intestinal peristalsis (movement). So it would really be best to avoid it, especially if you are D who is not stable enough to take public transport(as you wrote in another post). Besides, there are so many incredible tasting and good-for-you herbal teas out there nowadays. I am partial to vanilla roiboos lately myself. Or fennel and peppermint. Or fresh ginger and lemon. All nice to the tummy.
