How much white bread is TOO much? I am running out of options...       02/04/08 08:00 AM Edit Reply Quote Wheresthedamnloo Reged: 01/19/08 Posts: 131 I am finding it hard to eat the IBS diet without including a fair bit of bread, usually sourdough. My question is, we all know the sugars in bread can be stored as fat and that the yeast can cause infections. My question is, how much is TOO much bread? And if I can't have bread for lunch or toast..what do I eat? When I am out they only have the option of having a salad plain or a sandwich etc…and it's so expensive to get a proper "lunch" that is grilled fish or something I am not made of money and can't always make it as I have CFS and very little energy, so sandwiches seem to be the perfect choice for me.
