Well I have been on Endep, but it made me MORE anxious because I was worried it was weird to take and truth be told, I didn't notice any change in IBS symptoms. If I still drink coffee, i still get sick.
I think it is only when I knuckle down, figure out and avoid my triggers that I will stablize.
And yeh I think IBS can make you get down at times but then again, what debilitating illness wouldn't? I mean my Dr seems to think that the CFS/Fibromyalgia link to any kind of psychological issue is because people get down about the crap they have to deal with ie..the IBS, muscle aches, fatigue etc...
