You know it's interesting that you say that your symptoms have worsened over the years. My last GI doc told me that symptoms of IBS typically get better on their own with age. I found that odd because I can definitely say with no question that my symptoms are extremely worse now than they were 20 years when I first began experiencing symptoms.
