It's fine - no dairy in the ingredients, and while there is whole egg, it's still low fat. I don't even use the full serving suggestion (which I think is a tablespoon?) anyway, making even lower in fat! I imagine it would be the same with low-fat mayo. -------------------- IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
