Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Are you from outer space?

I hear ya its just not fair... I always tell my husband how lucky are you and everyone elese that you can just get what ever you want and not have to worry about anything you eat.. When we do go out its usuley subway or lonestar and its been know to upset my stomach.. and ordering the same old thing get so old after a while.... We went to the olive garden a few days ago and i ordered penne pasta with grilled chicken toms, zuchunnie and mushrooms and the waiter look at me like I was from outspace and said any sauce?? I said no! and then I ordered plain breadsticks and just a romaine sald and he thought I was a alien or something.. My husband gets so made and says I can't belive that these places don't have better choice for people! I feel like I am cheeting him and my little girl by not eating out he says were not But I would love to be normal and just go out or order out for pizza!!!! But your all right its better just to eat at home you can cook what you want you know what goes in it and your more comfortable... Its glad to know that I'm not alone. Just to go to the cabinet and pick out a snack cake or have a diet coke again would be wonderful!!!
