I am still struggling with increasing Acacia. Its like I cant get past 1 tsp. I tried increasing 1/4 tsp this last weekend since I have had friday and monday off. But I have had such gas and rumbling and pains I went back to 1tsp and dropped the 1/4 tsp. Within in a day I was fine??? For the most part my C has been a lot better and the gas have calmed down. So I am curious why I cant seem to digest more?? This has been 3 weeks on 1 tsp. So have you been feeling better still since you have been taking 3 TBS through out the day still?? thanks..Deb -------------------- IBS-C gas, bloating and acid reflux Babies is the plan for 2008!!Hope this IBS cooperates.
