Truth is, Deb, I, too, still have gas, but I'm attributing it to having started eating raw vegies and fruit again. I'm trying to add them to my diet slowly, but my personality type is quick, so I'm working on the slowly but surely thing. I haven't had D for a long time now (besides for episodes in Israel) So this is progress for me. Since I started Heathers diet I started having gas like never before. Serious gas. So I've been trying to get rid of it, and im hoping the no wheat, no sugar will do the trick. I also recently heard about electrolites and I'm planning to start drinking water w/electrolites- brand I heard about is "smart water". I'm hoping rather praying that this will help heal my skin. My skin condition is completely and outrageously out of control these days.
