Glad to hear you had a great time. Sorry about the D but I sure in a foreign country sometimes its hard to get acustomed too. Well glad you are feeling better. Yes, I got her email. I have stayed off the processed sugar and cutting down on wheat. I tried some things like soba buckwheat noodles and bought amarath flakes cereal both I liked. But I didnt like the Quinoa hot ceral. So tell what you have been doing thats working for you? I still have some gas but the acacia has been helping the C.
