Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Fantastic Drink Discovered in Israel

First I want to say Hi to everyone, I've been in hiding for a while as I went to Israel for 2 weeks and then my son got engaged and it's been a whirlwind since then. I've been doing a bit better with Kat's suggestions THANK YOU KAT!!!!! and still hoping to do even better. It's been a week and 1 day since I switched my diet.
Now for the recipe. Maybe this is the oldest drink in the world, but I've never had it and wanted to share the recipe with you guys. It's absolutely delicious! I was in Tzfat, a beautiful city in Israel, and had lunch at this vegan restaurant not far from the Art Galleries. This lovely woman served us a delicious meal and THEN...she made this awesome drink and was kind enough to share the ingredients with me.
Soy milk (I used Almond-unsweetened milk)
Dates
Almonds
Ice Cubes
I did not ask her for the ratio, but I just tried it with about half a container of milk, 4 dates and a palm full of almonds. I first ground up the almonds and dates in a food processer, and then added it to my milkshake blender with the milk and ice cubes. Enjoy!!
