I just wanted to say that I have a lactose intolerance but I have no problems with lactose-free milk or yoghurt (no additives, just plain). I like these and eat them regularly for extra protein and I am still stable. I believe that you should always reintroduce some of the foods (not all of them at once) that you have cut out of your diet, just to make sure that they are (still) truly the issue. Maybe if you try dairy in small portions for a week or two without making any other changes to your diet. Then re-evaluate and see. I think that we all have different tolerance levels and must find out what foods (and amounts) that trigger OUR attacks.
